4th International course on Microbiology of Mycobacterium ulcerans, a causative agent of Buruli ulcer
Objective: provide indispensable knowledge for the detection of M. ulcerans in biological samples. The theoretical and practical sessions will permit the participants amongst several other things to:
1. Improve the quality of laboratory confirmation cases carried out in their respective countries,
2. Reach the WHO TAG recommendation to confirm at least 50% of their BU cases.
